The delivery method will be decided by SnazzyPaws based on the value and size of the items ordered. Shipping methods used are listed below along with estimated delivery times and other relevant information.
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland:
We use a 48 hour delivery service to UK mainland. We ask customers to wait 3-4 days before contacting us if not delivered.
An express service of 1 - 2 days is available at a slightly increased rate.
The required service can be chosen at checkout and prior to payment.
Outside UK & Ireland:
Box Deliveries - In most cases we use ParcelForce. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery, we are not liable for any customs & import charges your country puts on imports. We recommend checking with your Government border & Imports department if placing orders.
We update stock on a daily basis to make sure that in the majority of cases your items will be in stock. However in the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you regarding this.
Please note our office business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, all order placed at weekends or other non-working days will be processed the following week.
Once your order has left us, the responsibility for it passes to the carrier. However, we constantly monitor our carrier’s performance, so that you are assured of the best service at the most competitive rate. Damages and shortages must be notified within 48 hours. We also recommend that when signing for parcels, customers sign for the parcel as unchecked or damaged (if damaged) so that in the unlikely event there is a problem we can resolve this quickly and effectively. Pictures are required as proof for all courier damages.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow our simple returns procedure. Contact us within 28 days, giving details of the product and when purchased. All items must be unused and in a fit condition for resale.
Always keep your invoice as this is your proof of our guarantee for those items which have a warranty. We will require a copy of the customer receipt for a warranty item repair.
If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition.
For damage as a result of courier mishandling, pictures will be required as proof. Please take pictures of the damaged packaging as soon as the delivery arrives and send to us as soon as possible.
Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and including return P&P. Returns cannot be considered after 28 days from date of purchase. You will be credited for the purchase price excluding any carriage costs for any item which is not faulty.
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded delivery. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by SnazzyPaws, or for a faulty item, we will pay for the cost of postage for the returned item(s). All returns must be sent to:
